The Gathering at the E is a premier ranch horse event that incudes
a variety of classes -- many open to any rider!
Classes Offered: NRSHA is excited to hold the National Championship show at the beautiful Lazy E Arena as part of The Gathering at the E. Several events are held in conjunction with the NRSHA National Championship show. Enter whatever you like! Many classes are concurrent.
Open to ANY Riders...
- NRSHA Derby for 4 & 5 year olds ($4,000 added + Chrome Cash)
- Stock Horse of Texas classes (qualifying event for SHTX World, $1,500 added, counts for SHTX Year End points)
- AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge ($6,000 added)
- AQHA VRH (double judged)
- AQHA Special Event Ranch Riding & Ranch Trail (double judged)
For Qualified Riders...
- NRSHA National Championship ($3,250 added)
Many events are concurrent! Make one run for the opportunity to earn points / prizes in several associations! Details are in the Show Handbook

Lazy E is going all out with awards, including trophies and medallions for all NRSHA class champions, as well as buckles for NRSHA National All Around Champions & Reserve, Cinch jackets to the Top 5 in the NRSHA All Around, and prize packages through 10th place.
Buckles, prizes & added money are offered for SHTX classes, and prize packages are awarded for AQHA VRH. Complete award details are in the Show Handbook.
ENTRY FORM
Entry Received List - check the date on the list for currency
Due April 26.
Late entries accepted with $100/horse late fee
Class fees for each association are listed in the Handbook.
-- SHTX fees are the same as any other SHTX Show
-- NRSHA National Show entry fees = last year, but reduced cattle fees, no trail fee
-- AQHA class fees vary; are double judged
